Last hard workout

Did my last speed session until the marathon. Ran 15.5k in 1:11:29 (4:36)
Ran a mixture of hills where I ran hard up & flat. On the flat I did fartlex. Ran from Belmont to Redhead beach then back.
Knee was sore at the start but got better as I ran. Legs felt heavy

With the girls we went to Mingara pool & spent a few hours there then to The Entrance for some lunch & to watch the pelicans get fed.

Food for the day consisted of toast for b'fast
Tuna salad for lunch
Creamy spag bol for dinner.
Bout to go munch into some homemade carrot cake..yummmmm!

No running tomorrow
