rest day & I'm buggered!

No running today.
We went into Sydney on the train. Spent the day at luna park & over at Manly. WOW! The Manly jass festival was on & it was so packed over there. Trying to get back on the ferry was a nightmare. The ferry was full. We were the last to get on. If we were any further back in the line we would've had to wait till the next ferry.

Tomorrow I'll do a speed session. Might include some hills. This will be the last hard run until the marathon
